Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VeriClean mobile app and related services ("VeriClean") provided by Kineto Soft ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using VeriClean, you agree to these Terms.
The service
VeriClean helps cleaning staff and supervisors verify job completion by comparing before-and-after photos of a space and generating a cleaning checklist. Accounts are typically created and managed by an organization ("team") that invites its cleaners and supervisors to use the app.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. If your account is part of a team, your team owner or an admin may manage or remove your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use VeriClean for any unlawful purpose; upload photos you don't have the right to capture or share; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service; or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of the photos and other content you submit through VeriClean. By submitting content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service to you and your team, including sending photos to third-party AI providers for checklist generation, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fees and subscriptions
VeriClean offers a free tier (Solo) for individual operators and paid subscription plans (Team at €19/month and Business at €39/month) for teams and organizations managing multiple staff members. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and can be managed or cancelled at any time through your account or app store settings. Pricing details are clearly presented on our website and during subscription setup.
Termination
You may stop using VeriClean and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
VeriClean is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated checklists and verification results are provided as an aid and may not be fully accurate — they don't replace human judgment about whether a space has been properly cleaned. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kineto Soft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VeriClean.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of VeriClean after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
