Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your VeriClean account and its associated data directly from the app. No web form or support request is required.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the VeriClean app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If your account is the platform's last remaining Admin, you'll need to promote another account to Admin first.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your account record — name, email, and login credentials — from VeriClean immediately and permanently. If you own a team, your crew members are detached from it (their own accounts and cleaning history are unaffected).

Photos and checklists from cleanings you completed are not deleted along with your account. We keep this history as an operational and audit record of completed work, no longer linked to your personal details. If you'd like this history removed as well, email us using the address below and we'll process it manually.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app but want your account deleted, email us at info@kineto-soft.com from the address associated with your account and we'll process the request.

Team members

If your VeriClean account was created by a team owner (e.g. your employer), that team's owner (supervisor) can also remove you from the team from their Settings page — this detaches you from the team but does not delete your account.
